R. Jose says that its character is doubtful,<span class="x" onmousemove="('comment',' If the husband dies, R. Jose is doubtful whether retrospectively the Get had or had not taken effect when the intercourse took place, and consequently whether the man is or is not liable to a guilt-offering.
