אבל אמר לה בפני שנים הרי זה גיטך ע"מ שתתני לי מאתים זוז וחזר ואמר לה בפני שנים הרי זה גיטך על מנת שתתני לי ג' מאות זוז ביטל דברי האחרון את הראשון ואין אחד מן הראשונים ואחד מן האחרונים מצטרפין
