זו מצוה מן התורה לגרשה שנאמר (דברים כד, א) כי מצא בה ערות וגו' ושלחה מביתו והלכה והיתה לאיש אחר הכתוב קראו אחר לומר שאין זה בן זוגו לראשון זה הוציא רשעה מביתו וזה הכניס רשעה לתוך ביתו
