במאי עסקינן אילימא בבריא כי צבורין מאי הוי הא לא משך ואלא בשכיב מרע מאי איריא צבורין כי אין צבורין נמי דהא קיי"ל דדברי שכיב מרע ככתובים וכמסורין דמו
