לימא הולך כזכי תנאי היא דתניא הולך מנה לפלוני והלך ובקשו ולא מצאו יחזרו למשלח מת משלח ר' נתן ור' יעקב אמרו יחזרו ליורשי משלח ויש אומרים ליורשי מי שנשתלחו לו
