בפני נכתב חציו ובפני נחתם כולו פסול: הי חציו אלימא חציו ראשון והאמר ר"א אפילו לא כתב בו אלא שיטה אחת לשמה שוב אינו צריך אלא אמר רב אשי חציו אחרון:

Is it not all included in what we have already learnt: The bearer of a Get from 'foreign parts' is required to declare, 'In my presence it was written and in my presence it was signed'?<span class="x" onmousemove="('comment',' Which implies that it was completely written and completely signed in his presence.
