אחד אומר בפני נכתב ושנים אומרים בפנינו נחתם כשר: אמר רבי אמי אמר רבי יוחנן לא שנו אלא שהגט יוצא מתחת יד עד כתיבה דנעשו כשנים על זה וכשנים על זה אבל מתחת ידי עדי חתימה פסול
