תנו רבנן וכתב ולא חקק למימרא דחקיקה לאו כתיבה היא ורמינהו עבד שיצא בכתב שעל גבי טבלא ופינקס יצא לחירות אבל לא בכתב שעל גבי כיפא ואנדוכתרי
