עציץ וזרעים של אחד ומכרן לאחר החזיק בזרעים קנה עציץ וזו היא ששנינו נכסים שאין להם אחריות נקנין עם נכסים שיש להן אחריות בכסף ובשטר ובחזקה
he becomes the legal owner.
