<b><i>GEMARA</i></b>. [The Mishnah] does not say 'meets him,' but simply 'MEETS', that is to say, even accidentally; and we do not say in that case that he merely desires to annoy his wife.<span class="x" onmousemove="('comment',' By holding up the Get for a month or two; for had he been intent on annulling it he would have made a special effort to overtake the bearer.
