(במדבר טו, יד) יעשה אשה ריח ניחוח לה' שומע אני כל שעולה לאשים אפילו מנחה
it is therefore written, 'As ye are, so shall the stranger be': He is compared to you, but not wholly concerning your offerings.<span class="x" onmousemove="('comment',' I.e., he is not to be equal to you in every respect appertaining to offerings: he does not fulfil his duty by a meal-offering.');"><sup>3</sup></span>
