As to others, it is plausible that 'redeemed, she is not [redeemed]' may be interpreted as a common parlance, but whence do we learn that she was betrothed to a heathen slave? - The text reads, 'for she was not free'; since this is superfluous with reference to her,<span class="x" onmousemove="('comment',' For it is already stated that she was not redeemed.');"><sup>24</sup></span>
