ורב לא אזיל בתר אומדנא והא איתמר מתנת שכיב מרע שכתוב בה קנין בבי רב משמיה דרב אמרי ארכביה אתרי רכשי ושמואל אמר לא ידענא מאי אידון בה

But Rav does not follow [the rule of] assumption? Surely it was stated: As to the gift of a dying man [in the deed of] which was recorded a [symbolic] acquisition: The school of Rav in the name of Rav said: Ride him on two harnessed horses; But Shmuel said: I do not know how to decide on the matter.
