אי הכי ר"ש אומר אם יש שם מותר דינר כיון שיש שם מותר דינר מיבעי ליה

If so, [instead of stating,] “R. Shimon ruled: If there is a surplus of one denar” it should have said, “Since there is a surplus of one dinar”?
