ומודה רבא בראובן שירש שדה מיעקב ומכרה לשמעון שלא באחריות ואתא שמעון ומכרה לראובן באחריות ואתא בעל חוב דיעקב וקטריף ליה מיניה דינא הוא דאזיל שמעון ומפצי ליה מיניה

But Rava agrees that where Reuven inherited a field from Jacob and sold it to Shimon without a guarantee and Shimon then sold it to Reuven with a guarantee, and then Jacob's creditor came and seized it from him, the law is that Shimon must compensate Reuven.
