אמרו ליה אע"ג דטעה שליח אמר להו דטעה שליח לא קאמינא אמרו ליה והאמר מר אין אונאה לקרקעות

They said to him, “Even where the agent made an error?” He replied, “I was not speaking of a case where the agent made an error.” They said back to him, “But did the master not say [that the law of] over/undercharging does not apply to landed property”?
