מתיב רב ששת ב"ח גובה שלא בהזכרה היכי דמי אי דלא נקט שטרא במאי גבי אלא דנקיט שטרא וב"ח הוא דלאו בר אחולי הוא הא אלמנה אחילתא

Sheshet raised an objection: A creditor may recover his debt [at any time] even if there was no mention of it. What is the precise case? If he does not have a document, how can he collect? Rather [it must refer to one] who does hold a document, [from which it follows that] only a creditor does not forgive his debt, but a widow does forgive the debt?
