ולא היא זימנין דאזלה ומשבחה להו ודבעלה מכספי ואמר לה שקיל דידך והב לי דידי ואתי לאפוקי לעז על בי דינא:

For sometimes [the widow] might go and improve those [lands] while those belonging to her husband would be allowed to deteriorate and [the heir might eventually] tell her, ‘Take yours and return to me mine,’ and a bad name would come on the court.”
