כלי שרת מהו שיעשו מקדשי בדק הבית צורך מזבח נינהו ומקדשי בדק הבית אתו או צורך קרבן נינהו ומתרומת הלשכה היו עושין אותן א"ל אין נעשין אלא מתרומת הלשכה

Are these requirement for the altar and therefore may be financed with Temple repair funds, or are these requirements of the sacrifices and therefore should be financed with Temple funds? He said to him, “They may be financed with the Temple funds only.”
