תנא דבי רבי ישמעאל כלי שרת באין מתרומת הלשכה שנאמר את שאר הכסף איזהו כסף שיש לו שיריים הוי אומר זה תרומת הלשכה

A Tanna of the school of R. Ishmael taught: Ministering vessels come from the Temple funds, as it says, “And the rest of the money” (II Chronicles 24:14). What money has a remainder? I must say, the Temple funds.
