מסייע ליה לרבי יוסי בר חנינא דא"ר יוסי בר חנינא מנין שישיבת כרכים קשה שנאמר (נחמיה יא, ב) ויברכו העם לכל האנשים המתנדבים לשבת בירושלים:

[This ruling] supports R. Yose b. Hanina who said: From where do I know that city living is difficulty? As it is said, “And the people blessed all men that willingly offered themselves to dwell in Jerusalem” (Nehemiah 11:2).
