בעי אביי מהו לעשות בגרושה כן התם הוא דבשבויה הקילו אבל הכא לא או דלמא לא שנא

Abaye asked: May one do so with regard to one’s divorcee? [Do I say:] There it was allowed because in [the case of] a captive woman they were lenient, but not here. Or is there no difference?
