והרי שביעית דכתיב בה (ויקרא כה, יב) יובל הוא קדש תהיה לכם ותנן המקדש בפירות שביעית מקודשת דלא כתיב ביה לה'

'unto the Lord', and not for betrothing a woman therewith.
