Do we consider the giver and the receiver, so that there is money;<span class="x" onmousemove="('comment',' A perutah is given and received by one person; less than a perutah is not money.');"><sup>7</sup></span> or perhaps, we consider them [who betroth and are betrothed], and there is not?
