ומנא תימרא דשני לן בין שדיך ודלא שדיך דתניא אמר לה כנסי סלע זו שאני חייב ליכי וחזר ואמר לה התקדשי לי בו בשעת מתן מעות רצתה מקודשת לא רצתה אינה מקודשת לאחר מתן מעות אפילו רצתה אינה מקודשת
