מאן תנא להא דתנו רבנן (במדבר טו, יג) אזרח אזרח מביא נסכים ואין העובד כוכבים מביא נסכים יכול לא תהא עולתו טעונה נסכים תלמוד לאמר ככה מני לא ר' יוסי הגלילי ולא רבי עקיבא
