אמר רבי זירא הכל מודים היכא דאמר ליקדשו ארבעים מתוך שמונים קדשו אל יקדשו ארבעים אלא אם כן יקדשו שמונים לא קדשו כי פליגי בסתמא מר סבר לאחריות קא מיכוין ומר סבר לקרבן גדול קא מיכוין
