קרבנו ולא מעשר שיכול והלא דין הוא ומה שלמים שאין מקדשין לפניהם ולאחריהם טעונין סמיכה מעשר שמקדש לפניו ולאחריו אינו דין שטעון סמיכה תלמוד לומר קרבנו ולא מעשר
