ואימא שעיר הנעשה בפנים דומיא דשעיר נשיא דמכפר על עבירות מצוה ידועה
And he shall lay his hand upon the head of the goat:<span class="x" onmousemove="('comment',' Lev. IV, 24. with reference to the he-goat offered by a ruler, i.e., a prince of a tribe, for a sin committed by him in error.');"><sup>11</sup></span> this includes Nahshon's goat<span class="x" onmousemove="('comment',' Sc. the he-goat offered by each of the princes of the tribes at the dedication of the altar, called 'Nahshon's goat' because he, Nahshon b.
