השתא דאתית להכי אפילו תימא עלייה דגריעה יד בעל השטר על התחתונה:
And now that you have arrived at this answer, you may even say that 'aliyyah<span class="x" onmousemove="('comment',' In the case stated by R. Huna b. Hiyya in the name of 'Ulla, supra p. 670.');"><sup>3</sup></span> [means the attic, and] the worst [room was meant], for the reason that the holder of a deed is always at a disadvantage.
