[אבל] בא לו להקטרה נתן את הקומץ בשתיקה ואת הלבונה במחשבה את הקומץ במחשבה ואת הלבונה בשתיקה ר"מ אומר פיגול וחייבין עליו כרת וחכמים אומרים אין בו כרת עד שיפגל בכל המתיר
