היכי דמי אילימא דידע דמחבת היא וקא קמיץ לה לשום מרחשת כי מעשיה מוכיחין מאי הוי הא מיעקר קא עקיר לה

And in connection therewith it was taught: What they rendered piggul [although unwittingly] is nevertheless piggul.
