Whence do we derive that we may fetter, arrest and prosecute them? - From the text: [Let judgment be executed upon him with all diligence], whether it be unto death, or to uprooting, or to confiscation of goods or to imprisonment.<span class="x" onmousemove="('comment',' Ezra VII, 26.');">²⁶</span> What is meant by 'uprooting?
