אבל אם שמע וקיים או ששמע ושתק ומת ביום שלאחריו אין יכול להפר
but if he heard and confirmed it, or heard it and was silent, and died on the following day,<span class="x" onmousemove="('comment',' Having thus ipso facto confirmed it.
