שבועה שלא אוכל שבועה שלא אוכל ואכל אינו חייב אלא אחת אמר רבא אם נשאל על הראשונה שניה חלה עליו ממאי מדלא קתני אינו אלא אחת וקתני אינו חייב אלא אחת רווחא הוא דלית לה כי מיתשיל על חבירתה חיילא
