אמר ליה אביי במאי אוקימתא לספק נזירות להקל כרבי אליעזר אימא סיפא ספק בכורות אחד בכורי אדם ואחד בכורי בהמה בין טמאה בין טהורה המוציא מחבירו עליו הראייה
