וממאי מדתנן (משנה פסחים ח, ג) האומר לבניו הריני שוחט את הפסח על מי שיעלה מכם ראשון לירושלים כיון שהכניס ראשון ראשו ורובו זכה בחלקו ומזכה את אחיו עמו ואי אמרת שה לבית דאורייתא על בישרא קאי ומזכי להו
