יצא מחותך או מסורס משיצא רובו הרי הוא כילוד רבי יוסי אומר
R. Jose ruled: Only where its greater part issued in the normal manner.<span class="x" onmousemove="('comment',' Only then is the embryo deemed to have been born. According to R. Jose the issue of the greater part of the body (but with its feet first) or the lesser part (head first) constitutes no valid birth, since, wherever an embryo issued in pieces, both conditions are essential.
