דאי משום טומאת עם הארץ הא טביל ליה ואי משום בועל נדה ספק בעל בקרוב ספק לא בעל בקרוב
on account of its contact with the clothes of an 'am ha-arez, a Master having stated: The clothes of an 'am ha-arez are like midras uncleanness<span class="x" onmousemove="('comment',' As midras conveys uncleanness to man and clothes so do the clothes of an 'am ha-arez. ');"><sup>29</sup></span>
