Jose ruled: Any courtyard into which people may enter and none is asked, 'What do you want?' is exempt.<span class="x" onmousemove="('comment',' Sc. produce brought into it does not become subject to tithe, since such a courtyard cannot be regarded as a suitable place for the safe keeping of objects.
