ומנא תימרא דשני ליה לרבי יהושע בין לכתחלה לדיעבד דתניא נטמא בשר או שנפסל או שיצא חוץ לקלעים ר"א אומר יזרק ר' יהושע אומר לא יזרק ומודה ר' יהושע שאם זרק הורצה
