איבעיא להו יוצא גזרו רבנן טומאה או לא מי אמרינן נותר דגזרו טומאה דאתי לאיעצולי ביה אבל יוצא אפוקי בידים לא מפקי ליה בידים לא גזרו ביה רבנן טומאה או דילמא לא שנא
