דיקא נמי דקתני ומזכה אחיו עמו אי אמרת בשלמא דאמנינהו מעיקרא שפיר אלא אי אמרת דלא אמנינהו מעיקרא לבתר דשחיט מי קא מתמנו והא תנן נמנין ומושכין ידיהן ממנו עד שישחט ש"מ
