סד"א ראה שתי ראיות בשביעי הוא דלא מחוסר מעשה אבל ראה שלש בשמיני דמחוסר מעשה מחוסר כפרה לא קמ"ל דאע"ג דמחוסר כפרה שוחטין וזורקין עילויה
