נשאה מלכות [רומי] הרשעה ק"ו בעצמה ומה הללו שאין אחיהן כך אנו שאנו אחיהן לא כ"ש אמר לו הקדוש ברוך הוא לגבריאל (תהלים סח, לא) גער חית קנה געור חיה וקנה לך עדה

The congregation of Israel said before the Holy One, blessed be He, 'Sovereign of the Universe!
