תא שמע דבר אחר שלא תהא בהמה עוברת בשוק ויאמרו זו היא שנסקל פלוני על ידה מאי לאו מדסיפא תקלה וקלון רישא קלון בלא תקלה והיכי דמי ישראל הבא על הבהמה בשוגג
