ור' יוחנן חלוקה דלאו שמה חלוקה דמיתה לא שמה חלוקה
Resh Lakish said: Yidde'oni is omitted [in Kerithoth], because it involves no action.<span class="x" onmousemove="('comment',' The Mishnah there refers to transgressions, the deliberate committal of which is punished by extinction, whilst if unwitting, a sin offering is due; but this is brought only for an offence involving action.
