תנן בא במחתרת ושיבר את החבית יש לו דמים חייב אין לו דמים פטור טעמא דשיבר דכי אין לו דמים פטור הא נטל לא
Rab said: If one broke into a house, and stole some utensils and departed, he is free [from making restitution] — Why?
