והתניא פרה שהמיתה ואחר כך ילדה אם עד שלא נגמר דינה ילדה וולדה מותר אם משנגמר דינה ילדה וולדה אסור נתערב באחרים ואחרים באחרים כונסין אותן לכיפה ר' אלעזר בר' שמעון אומר מביאין אותן לב"ד וסוקלין אותן
