What is R. Judah's reason? — The Writ saith, When men strive together, a man with his brother,<span class="x" onmousemove="('comment',' Deut. XXV, 11. This treats of indecent assault in the course of a quarrel, and the compensation that must be made (v. 12 q.v.) is interpreted as meaning monetary damages for the humiliation sustained.
